December Favourites

Dainty Doll Foundation//Maybelline Express Remover//Lime Crime Velvetine//MAC 217 Brush//Ecotools Slanted Brush

December has been a super busy month for me, as I'm sure you're all aware working in retail over Christmas can be pretty stressful! So, I've been taking the opportunity of days off between Christmas and New Years to enjoy the party season as much as possible! These are the items I've used most when I've been getting ready and are my favourite items for the month.

Dainty Doll Liquid Foundation £2.99

I still can't believe how well this foundation matches my skin tone! I've been reaching for this whenever I want a flawless face.

Maybelline Express Remover £4.99

Recently I've seen this nail polish remover pot popping up a lot in the blogging world, so I decided to give it a go. I've never tried nail polish removing pots before so I can't compare but it did get off glitter polish easily, so its been reached for many a time this month!

Lime Crime Velvetine £13.50

Although I only got these just over a week ago, I've worn them plenty of times already, especially Red Velvet. They last so well that I barley need to reapply them and the pigmentation is amazing. I've had many compliments on them, which is always a bonus!

MAC 217 Blending Brush £18

I usually use a brush with wider spread bristles to blend out eyeshadow, but I wanted something a little more precise and the tear drop shape of this brush makes it easy to blend and add colour for the perfect smoky eye.

Ecotools Slanted Brush (part of a £15.99 set)

The bristles of this brush are really compact and the shape is narrow, which means it packs on colour. I use it for my eyebrows and it gives a sharp shape, making my eyebrows look neat and defined.

I hope you all had an amazing Christmas and New Year, I certainly have! What are you're favourite products for December?
