What I'm Watching || Netflix

What to watch on Netflix

I think Netflix is one of those things that I coped fine without, but I really, really love having. I don't use it that often, but sometimes on my days off all I want to do is sit on the sofa and binge watch TV. It's also great to have when you invite friends over or when you're chilling at night. I'm slowly working my way through quite a few series, ranging from Cartoons to Thrillers, meaning I have something for whatever mood I'm in.

Sons Of Anarchy

The main series I watch on Netflix is SOA. I love the characters, even the ones you want hate have that little something that makes you secretly love them. There's always a lot going on so it does require a bit more attention and I find I can only watch 3-4 episodes at a time.

American Horror Story

I watched the first season of this with my mum when it originally came out and although we both thought it was extremely weird, we were hooked. I never got around to watching the second season until I was at a friends and suggested it as something to watch together. Again, quite a lot goes on and it requires more attention, so I watch a few episodes when I'm feeling the darker, horror vibes. I haven't heard much about the third series Coven, so I'm quite excited to start it soon.

RuPauls Drag Race

I seriously have no idea how I hadn't heard of Ru until last year. I started on the third season and managed to watch half of it in one day. Since then I've gotten quite a few other friends into watching it. To be honest, I can't even describe how good it is! All I can say is that it's an even crazier Americans Next Top Model with Drag Queens being their sassy selves.

Gossip Girl

I used to watch Gossip Girl when I was younger, but lost interest halfway through the final season. It's something that is still regularly talked about and I've always wanted to watch the episodes I've missed, but I decided to re watch it from the start. As it's something I've seen before, it means I can put it on when I'm working on my blog or playing games on my laptop and still follow the plot line. I think I love Blair even more this time round!

Pokemon

On Saturday night Scott went out and I decided to stay in and have a chilled night. I spent about 20 minutes looking through Netflix trying to decide which movie to watch, before somehow finding myself watching Pokemon. It's definitely not as good as I remember and the voices are pretty annoying, but it's just so nostalgic that I can't help but re watch. I easily got through 4 episodes before decided to go to bed, but I'm secretly a little excited to go back and watch more. Also I'd like to note that the first time I saw Ho Oh while playing the Gold Gameboy game, I went and told my brother and possibly my mum that it was the Pokemon Ash saw in the first episode of the show. Sometimes I'm pretty damn smart!

There are so many great shows on Netflix that I've already watched, Breaking Bad being one I want to mention! What do you like to watch? Do you have any services like Netflix?

  2. I really want to try out Sons of Anarchy - that might be one of those series I can just watch an episode of here and there without binging on it. I used to love GG but never watched the final series - I'm thinking I might just have to soon! Pretty Little Liars is my current netflix obsession - I've nearly finished 5 seasons in 4 weeks haha!

    1. Yes you definitely should! I'm between Pretty Little Liars or 90210 for after I finish GG. There's just so much choice!
